Returns Policy

We know that whilst buying online is the most hassle free way of shopping, sometimes what you receive fits slightly differently than expected, or just isn't quite what you hoped. Whilst we go a long way to make sure that you love what we send out, returns and exchanges are a fact of life. Here we have detailed our returns policy.

Return Policy

All products must be exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery. The product must be returned in new condition with all packaging. If the product is damaged or ruined, you will not be eligible for refund.

We are more than happy to accommodate a switch of size or product, just get in touch.

Please note: If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts by Sikora and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

by Sikora will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

If the product is lost, or you receive notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Any packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, by Sikora reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
